And I said "_apparent_ minority" on purpose. => It'll be interesting to see how the Hugo voting goes, even though that's not a representative sample of readers.

I admire you for persevering, but I'm glad I gave up on BLINDSIGHT pretty early on. Peter Watts is an interesting fellow, but James' comment is spot on.

Pete: that's the problem with homework for voting--I felt compelled to persevere so I could justify my votes! If it had been for any other reason, well, I wouldn't have even picked it up.
